Training Exercise - Transition 3:2 Hold-Up Play to 3:4

🎥 Training Exercise – Transition 3:2 Hold-Up Play to 3:4

🧑‍🏫 The action starts with a blue playing the ball into one of the two attackers. This player has to lay-off to the same or third-man, or hold-up the ball against one of the two defenders. Then a 3:2 situation occurs in which the blue team has to score.

If the red defending team recovers the ball, the two red players waiting on the flags come into action and it becomes a 3:4 with now, an overload in attack for the red team.
