🎥 Training Exercise - Pressing Rondo 6:2 (Two Grids)

Objectives: 🎯

Attacking team being able to be efficient in tight spaces and play forward.

Defending team work together to disrupt the attacking team. Learning to be proactive defensively.

Description: 🧑‍🏫

3 vs 1 in one box (red), while two defenders wait in the middle zone (green). Third team in the third grid (blue).

After 4 passes, ball can be played to the other side directly or through the middle zone.

If the defending team win the ball can score in the mini goal.
