๐ŸŽฅ Training Exercise - Small Sided Game 8:4 Counter-goals


๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Two teams of eight players. White starts with the possession of the ball and if they connect ten passes its one point.


If the defending team (black), kick the ball out of bounds or recover the ball, they become the team in possession in the other half.


Four whites go to pressure. If they recover the ball, they can score in the counter-goals worth double the points.
