🎥 Training Exercise - Positional Play Three Team Rondo - 6:3+1

🧑‍🏫 3 blue + 3 green vs. 3 red + 1 neutral yellow

Keep possession of the ball. When the defending team recovers the ball, play the opposite team or the neutral, and occupy the positions of the team who lost the ball.

The team who lost the ball must counterpress. Try to recover the ball before they reorganize.
