🎯 Objective: Ball possession


Training Contents:

✅ Ball circulation

✅ Short to Long combinations


📝 Description:


We divide the field up into six zones in order to achieve the ball circulation that we desire. As a rule, we establish that a maximum number of three passes can be connected within the same zone before having to switch the play and find another free zone.

In this way we will achieve the short/short/long combinations that we are looking for in order to help us maintain possession of the ball.

As a team, we have to hit all of the six zones before we can progress in attack to finish the play.

🎯 Objetivo: Mantenimiento de balón


Contenidos de Entrenamiento:

✅ Circulación de balón

✅ Combinaciones de corto a largo


📝 Descripción:


Para provocar la circulación del balón, dividimos el campo en seis sectores. Se pone como norma que se pueden dar como máximo tres pases en un mismo sector antes de tener que circular el balón y encontrar otra zona libre.

De esta manera generamos las combinaciones corto/corto/largo que buscamos para facilitar el mantenimiento del balón.

Se tienen que tocar todas las seis zonas del campo antes de poder realizar el ataque para finalizar la jugada.
