⚽ Training Exercise - Passing Sequence

🎯 Objective: Technique (one touch passing)


Training Contents:

✅ Combination play (short-long)

✅ Third man play


📝 Description:


Passing sequences are a great way to improve certain technical aspects as well as warming up and introducing the objectives for the session.


Maximum importance should be placed on ball speed and the correct weight of the pass.


💡 Variations:


1st series: 1-2-3-4

2nd series: 1-2-3-4-2-4

3rd series: 1-3-1-2-3-4-2-4


⌚ Time: 3x4min (two minutes right side, two minutes left side)

🎯Objetivo: Técnico (el pase a primer toque)


Contenidos de Entrenamiento:

✅ Combinaciones de corto a largo

✅ Juego con el tercer hombre


📝 Descripción:


Las ruedas de pase son una excelente manera de mejorar ciertos aspectos técnicos, así como nos sirven para el calentamiento e introducir los objetivos de la sesión.


Se debe dar máxima importancia a la velocidad del balón y al peso correcto del pase.


💡 Variantes:


1er serie: 1-2-3-4

2da serie: 1-2-3-4-2-4

3er serie: 1-3-1-2-3-4-2-4


⌚ Tiempo: 3x4min (dos minutos lado derecho, dos minutos lado izquierdo)
