Training Objectives:

✅ Offensive transition when you recover the ball (playing out of pressure)

✅ Defensive transition when you loose the ball (counter-pressing)


📝 Possession exercise of 4 (red) vs. 4 (gray) vs. 4 (blue) where two teams combine to create a numerical advantage of 8:4. When the team defending recovers the ball, the transition phases are activated and the team that recovered the ball must quickly play out of pressure and open up, while the team who lost the ball must counter-press and try to recover the ball before the other team is well positioned.


📊 This exercise would be perfect for MD-4 or MD+1/2


💡The space is small being <50m2 per player forcing the players to make quick decisions.
