Let's Talk Tactics - Final Third Finishing "Hot-Spots"

🎥 Great demonstration by Napoli of how to target specific areas when making attacking runs towards the box when the ball arrives at the wings. These areas are known as the finishing "hot-spots".

🚨Finishing hot-spots are the areas inside the box that attacking players must occupy when the ball is coming in from a wide area in the form of a cross on the ground or in the air.

Where are the hot-spots and which players must occupy them❓

✅ Penalty spot

✅ Edge of box

📍Generally speaking, these areas have to be occupied by the striker, the two attacking midfielders (or second striker), and the opposite side winger.
