🧑🏫 Inside the hexagon (6-sided) grid, four (blue) vs. four (red) is playing with two (yellow) goalkeepers. The team in possession of the ball also has two support players on each wing, and another two wall players on each end line.
🔍 All of the support players positioned on the outsides essentially create a wall, making this training exercise very dynamic as the ball rarely goes out of play.
🎯 Great to implement for working on finishing on goal and playing in tight spaces (such as situations in the final third).
📊 MD-4 Minimum rest between actions.
⌚ Keep the series short (1/2 min) to maximize intensity actions.
