🎥 Bayern Munich Training Exercise (Julian Nagelsmann) - Transitional Three Team Rondo 4:2

🧑‍🏫 Three team rondo in two 8x8m grids and a smaller third middle zone. In the first square, there are four green playing against two white players in a 4:2 situation. The other two white players are waiting in the middle zone trying to cut off the passing lanes. After x amount of passes, they can switch the ball over to the other square where the red team is supporting.

✅ The two players situated in the middle zone go and press in the opposite square once the play has been switched.

❌ The ball must quickly be played to the other square once it has been recovered, producing a transition moment. All players must be alert to occupy their corresponding positions as fast as possible (possessing, defending, and supporting roles).
