📝 This training exercise is perfect to implement after the specific part of the warmup on MD-4 when we need to stimulate the neuromuscular actions such as accelerations/decelerations. Progress this exercise into a bigger space with a Small Sided Game but be sure to keep it >50m2 per player.

📝 Esta tarea de entrenamiento es idónea para implementar en el MD-4 después del calentamiento específico para estimular las acciones neuromusculares como son las aceleraciones y las desaceleraciones. Progresa la tarea metiendo un trabajo similar incrementando las dimensiones pero manteniendo el espacio total por debajo de los 50m2 por jugador.
